NR4
NR4, a fashion chain specialising in women's fashion for plus-size women, was given the opportunity to open two shop-in-shop locations in the Netherlands, in the Berden department stores in Heerlen and Blerick. Their request: a simple yet stylish shop design that is flexible and user-friendly, perfectly reflecting the brand's image.
Our approach
Together with the interior designer, we developed a concept centred around shop racks and modular wall racks. These were made of metal, combined with wooden shelves for a warm touch. The black and gold finish gave the whole thing an elegant, stylish look.
The wall racks were perforated at the back: a subtle detail that creates a sober and modern look without compromising on functionality.
Technical details
The project was challenging due to the tight schedule and the fact that the installation had to take place on the first floor. Nevertheless, our team managed to produce, deliver and install the racks and wall modules smoothly — all taken care of by Glotec.
Result
In January 2025, the shops were successfully fitted out. The result is a shop concept that perfectly translates the stylish look of NR4 to the shop floor: modern, timeless and practical to use.
The collaboration with NR4 went smoothly and constructively. The brand is ambitious and looking to expand further in Flanders and the Netherlands, making this concept a solid basis for future roll-out.
